AI vs analyst-prepared
Same Sources. Different Review.
Being straight about what you are buying: the AI search looks in the same places. What it does not include is a person reading the results before they reach you.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about this service
How is this different from your analyst-prepared search?
The sources searched are the same. What differs is the review: the AI search is compiled, triaged and formatted automatically, with no searcher or attorney reading the results before they reach you. That is why it is 30–33% cheaper and arrives in minutes rather than days. For a filing decision that matters, the analyst-prepared search adds the judgement this one does not.
How quickly will I get the report?
Typically 10 to 15 minutes from payment, emailed as a Word document. A TS4 covering USPTO, WIPO, common law, all 52 US jurisdictions and domain availability takes longer than a TS1. If anything goes wrong, we email you and fix it the same day.
What does the search actually cover?
Depending on the variant: the USPTO register searched across phonetic and spelling variants of your mark, WIPO Global Brand Database, common-law use on the open web and major platforms, business-entity registers in all 50 states plus DC and Puerto Rico, and domain availability across the main TLDs.
Does it search sound-alike spellings?
Yes, and that is the point. Confusion is assessed on sound and appearance, not spelling. The search generates phonetic and spelling variants — KWIK against QUICK, FARMACY against PHARMACY — and searches those too. In testing this surfaced live registrations that a literal search returned nothing for.
Is this legal advice?
No. It is a factual search result. It does not tell you whether your mark is registrable or whether use would infringe — those are legal conclusions that require qualified counsel applying judgement to the findings. The report says so on its face.
What if the report shows a problem?
Reply to the delivery email. We will quote for an analyst-prepared search, a full clearance opinion, or help you adjust the mark or the specification before you file.
